Amaravati: YSRCP leader and film actor Posani Krishnamurali has been shifted from the Guntur district jail to Adoni. A case was filed against Posani at the Adoni Third Town Police Station in Kurnool district for insulting CM Chandrababu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. In this context, jail authorities were requested to hand over Posani at the Guntur district jail on Tuesday afternoon. After medical examination, he was taken to Adoni by Kurnool district police.

As per the judge's orders, he was initially in the Rajampet Sub Jail in the Narsaraopet court. Later, Narsaraopet court remanded him. However, Posani requested to be transferred to the Guntur jail instead of Narsaraopet jail, citing health issues, and the judge agreed. Following the judge's orders, he was transferred to the Guntur district jail, and now, Adoni police are shifting him to Adoni.

Meanwhile, the investigation into the film actor and YSRCP leader Posani Krishnamurali, who made objectionable comments against CM Chandrababu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, continues. On Monday, he was transferred from the Rajampet Sub Jail in Annamayya district to appear in court in Narsaraopet, Palnadu district, under a PT warrant. He was presented in the Narsaraopet First Additional Junior Civil Judge Court at 7:15 PM for the case registered in the Narsaraopet Two Town limits.
